Tui Na Massage (means 'push & grasp')
One of the Chinese healing arts of deep massage and manipulation, mindful of the need to balance Yin & Yang. It is used to bring about well-being, treating a wide array of ailments by stimulating the internal organs and musculoskeletal system.
No oils are used; I work your clothed body through a cotton cover, using a series of stimulating techniques up and down the length of your body. This helps to balance your Chi energy, for well-being in mind, body and spirit.
​Revitalising Facial Reflexology
Encourages the natural healing process to help maintain health and balance of the whole body. Using gentle facial massage techniques for precise stimulation of reflex points and zones on the face and scalp, it uses the nervous system to send impulses directly to affect corresponding parts of the body, helping to bring the body’s Chi (energy) back into alignment.
This treatment is beneficial for deep relaxation as it can release endorphins that calm the mind, inducing a deep state of relaxation, helping to relieve many of the symptoms of stress and fatigue.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A very gentle, flowing massage to promote optimal functioning of lymph vessels.
An effective treatment for a variety of issues including oedema, skin disorders, headache, sinus congestion, sprains and aches, stress, digestive disorders and it can be used before and after surgery to remove tissue congestion and minimise scar formation. It is particularly useful as part of post-mastectomy therapy oedema, relieving pain and tension.

Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)
Uses 4 energy sources:- Cold Laser, Infra-Red, Static electromagnetic field and pulsed red light.
